Up to my ears in fabric

I have been up to my ears in fabrics lately (literally - you should have seen me trying to juggle eight rolls of fabric through the workroom doors this morning!).

These will be new pillows for one very lucky sectional ...

And these are the final selections for the sweet little girl's room. The Ikat on the back of the chair (Echo Design by Kravet) will put on a beautiful wingback chair that has been in the family for many years and is now being passed down to their little granddaughter. I love the idea of that special history in her room.

The rug and a couple of pieces of furniture have been installed and the colorful and eclectic artwork has arrived and is waiting to be hung. How very fun to be a little girl these days!

Hope your weekend is just as fun! Happy Saturday everyone :D

  10. I love the whole color scheme. I have that pink and white rug in my studio...it is a looped style and it constantly is unraveling. It hasn't really stood up to even moderate traffic, but dang is it ever cute!!! I keep trying to trim it and vacuum it so that it looks better because I love it so much, but I will have to replace it soon, and I haven't had it but a year or so...
